Love to dance? Passionate about building community? A natural hype queen? This is your moment. Earlybirds Club is expanding, and we’re looking for bold, social, and energetic Ambassadors in every city where our events are taking flight!

You’d Be Perfect If You

  • Have an extensive social network (bonus points if your group chat is always popping).

  • Are organized AF – We love a Type A queen who can juggle logistics and keep her cool.

  • Are comfortable with public speaking – sometimes you’ll be on the mic, rallying the crowd, or chatting up local press.

  • Believe in the Earlybirds mission – You get it. We have shit to do in the AM, but still deserve to party! And you strongly support the idea of creating a safe space for women, trans, non-binary, and female-identifying people.
