My email ticket says my order is “pending.” Does that mean my purchase didn’t go through?

No, it means our website platform is endlessly frustrating. You will receive an automatic confirmation from Squarespace and a separate email from us saying you are confirmed.

I only received one ticket via email, but I purchased multiple tickets. Will I be receiving more tickets via email?

The ticket you receive via email is good for everyone you bought tickets for. You won’t receive separate tickets for each person in your party.

If the event is sold out, you will get an email from us about a week before the event saying we are now accepting refund requests. We will then release tickets to the public and, if someone buys them, you will be refunded the ticket price. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

I can no longer use my ticket. Can I get a refund?

We don’t. But we may sometime in the future!

Do you sell tickets at the door?

All you have to do is say your friend’s name at check-in! Our RSVP list includes the number of tickets each person bought.

My friend bought my ticket. How do I check in?

Go to the events page, click on the sold-out event you want to buy tickets for, and enter your email address to get notified when tickets become available. Be sure to check the box below to be the first to know about on-sale dates for future parties!

How do I join the waitlist for a party?

Earlybirds Club is a safe space for women, trans, non-binary, and female-identifying people to dance and have fun with their friends. If you are a cis man, please let us have have this space and go dancing somewhere else, mmmmkay?

Are men allowed?

We are Gen-Xers so we lean heavy on 80s and 90s, but we get into the 2000s quite a bit, too. Genres include hip-hop, pop, R&B, new wave, and house.

What kind of music do you play?

In short, no. DJ Helean works hard on creating an amazing playlist for each party. It’s no easy feat to mix songs that match beats for a smooth segue! Adding an unplanned song that she may not have in her music arsenal just won’t work. However, if you’re attending an event and you hope to hear a certain song, email us at least one week before the party date and we will see if we can fit it in.

Can I request a song?

Yes! All of our venues have a full bar, plus plenty of NA drinks.

Is there a bar?

We cannot emphasize this enough: Any time a bunch of people are dancing their hearts out together, it will get hot. We blast the AC and have fans going all over the room but there’s no getting around it—you will sweat, so dress accordingly.
