I was born and raised in beautiful Utah. After a few adventures away, I came back home to raise my family. Now I can’t imagine leaving the mountains, the people I love, or the skiing.

I’m a dental hygienist by profession, but these days I spend most of my time trying to raise good humans, keep my three thrill-seeking kids alive, and teach them the important life skill of dancing like no one is watching.

I don’t actually have much in the way of dance skills, but thankfully that’s not the point. I don’t dance to look good or impress anyone. Dancing is my therapy, my stress relief, and one of the things that keeps me sane.

I love that Earlybirds Club gives us permission to put down the to-do lists, get out of our heads, be a little ridiculous, and just HAVE FUN.

So come dance with me! I can’t promise good moves, rhythm, or coordination, but I can promise enthusiasm, laughter, and a very good time.

Hi! I’m Jae—a wife, mom of four, and a working woman who firmly believes that being responsible doesn’t mean we have to be boring.

I’ve always loved dancing, getting dressed up, and having a good time with amazing women. There’s just something about a night of dancing that makes you forget about the laundry, emails, dishes, and approximately 47 other things waiting for you at home.

As a working mom, I also know that staying out until 1 a.m. sounds a lot less fun when you know your alarm—and your kids—will still be waiting for you in the morning.

That’s why I love Earlybirds Club: great music, a dance floor, amazing women, and a bedtime that doesn’t completely ruin tomorrow.

I’m here to dance, laugh, make new friends, and prove that we can have a night out AND still function the next morning.
