The dance floor is just the beginning.
Earlybirds Club was never just about a night out. It was about joy. Connection. Letting go. Coming back to yourself. And the feeling you get when a room full of strangers becomes a room full of friends.
The Susie Lee Legacy Fund, named in honor of our late co-founder, turns that energy into something that lasts — quarterly donations to organizations helping women, gender-expansive people, and communities that need it most.
Because joy is better when it’s shared.
In loving memory
Susie Lee
Co-founder, Earlybirds Club
How It Works
Every dance floor helps fund something bigger. And every quarter, you’ll know exactly where that support went.
10%
of every ticket, every quarter
We set aside 10% of ticket proceeds from all Earlybirds’ events throughout the quarter.
Those funds are pooled into the Susie Lee Legacy Fund.
Each quarter, we donate to nonprofit organizations aligned with that quarter’s focus area.
We share the impact with you — because you made it happen.
Small Moments with Real Impact
Every night out does a little good. A share of every ticket becomes a donation. At the end of 2025, all those dance floors added up to this.
Our 2025 Community Impact
$39,910
Donated to organizations supporting women, gender-expansive people, and communities that need it most.
What We Support
Each quarter of the year is tied to a focus area that reflects the real experiences and needs of our community. Across all quarters, we prioritize organizations serving women, people of color, gender-expansive people, and historically marginalized communities.
Connection, Mental Wellbeing & Building Community
Supporting organizations that help reduce isolation, strengthen belonging, and improve emotional wellbeing through community and connection.
Joy, Self-Expression & Inclusion
Supporting organizations that help women and gender-expansive people reconnect with themselves, access affirming support, and experience joy and healing.
Uplifting Women Through Safety, Support & Community Care
Supporting organizations that provide women with practical support, dignity, safety, stability, and pathways to thrive — with priority given to organizations serving BIPOC communities and other historically underserved groups.
Women’s Health, Cancer Support, Grief & Caregiving
Supporting organizations focused on women’s health, caregiving, grief, and cancers that disproportionately affect women — including breast, ovarian, uterine, and cervical cancer — in honor of Susie Lee, who passed away from breast cancer in 2025.
What We’re Supporting This Quarter
Each quarter, we select nonprofit organizations aligned with that season’s focus area and the values at the heart of Earlybirds.

Is There an Organization We Should Know About?
The best recommendations come from the community. If there’s a nonprofit doing meaningful work for women, gender-expansive people, or marginalized communities — and their mission aligns with any of our quarterly focus areas — we want to hear about it.
Whether it’s an organization you volunteer with, one that helped you or someone you love, or one you just think more people should know about — tell us! Submissions from our community help shape where our support goes each quarter.
Are you a nonprofit?
If your organization supports women through connection, safety, health, or community care, we’d love to learn more about your work. Tell us about your mission and how the Susie Lee Legacy Fund could help.
