Meet Your Ambassadors
Jill Schaffer and Carla Fischer

We met in 2016 while working in the counseling department of a local nonprofit, and the connection was instant. Since then, our friendship has grown through many shared roles—therapists, wives, mothers, daughters, beach lovers, book club regulars, occasional goofballs, and enthusiastic dancing fools (each with husbands who are…less inclined!).
Today we independently own therapy practices in Orlando—Jill at Kindred Counseling and Carla at InnerWorks Counseling—but some of our favorite work happens when we create things together. In 2024, we launched Women to Women, a supportive group experience designed to help women connect through creative and expressive activities in a warm, accepting space.
When a book club friend invited us to an Earlybirds Club dance party, we showed up—and were instantly hooked. The joy, the energy, the freedom. A dance floor full of women and gender-expansive folks dancing, laughing, and showing up exactly as they are.
We knew right away: Orlando needed more of this.
Now we’re thrilled to help bring the magic to O-Town as your vibe curators and hype women.
